That would only tell Disney and Square Kingdom Hearts isn't money-making anymore. I think someone else other then Tetsuya should make Kingdom Hearts games if he can't do it by himself anymore. | |

| Just beat it today.
Talk about Confusing, depressing, thought-provoking, and a little nice entryway to the next KH game.
So did you all see the secret ending? If not, don't read these spoilers. Cause I'm about to hypothesize and talk about what I think is going on.
Seriously I talk about shit here that you can't know UNLESS you saw the secret ending.
If you don't care about spoilers... then click away...
I actually wouldn't mind some thought provokers.
- Spoiler:
1. If Aqua was trapped in the world of darkness for about 10 years, why the hell didn't Riku ever encounter her? That seems a little weird, but I guess there's a reason for that....
2. Ventus's heart is practically destroyed when Vanitas is killed, but he was able to rest inside of Sora. When Sora's heart was taken out of him, it was actually Ventus's which is why Roxas is Sora's nobody... because he was actually Sora's nobody. But even though Sora came back, Ventus wasn't able to until Sora and Roxas truly combined, which is the moment Ventus wakes up. Same with Terra. He must have been able to get back to his body after Xemnas was defeated by Sora and Riku, because he goes to Ventus in Castle Oblivion. Thus this next game, with the letter by king Mickey, is Sora's quest to save the 3 that made his story possible.
3. Aqua created Castle Oblivion that there is supposedly NOT supposed to be any way out, but Sora and Co. Still are able to. Is this because Namine and DiZ found a way to connect his room to Twilight Town? But yet Ven and Terra are still trapped there, probably because Namine has been combined with Kairi and DiZ is in the land of darkness. But those two places still have a connection, so the key to escaping is somewhere between there.
4. Where the hell are Luxord, Demyx, Larxene, and Marluxia's "Somebodies?" =>.<=

1. I doubt the Realm of Darkness is just that beach. Maybe it consists of an enitre universe just like the Realm of Light, where Aqua could easily have been one place while Riku and Mickey are off somewhere else. Maybe the next Kingdom Hearts will allow us to travel there. She said she has been wondering in the Realm of Darkness but only after Kingdom Hearts 2 did she meet Ansem the Wise.
2. I'm not sure if Ventus and Terra have returned to their bodies just yet. If they did then they wouldn't need saving. My guess is Ventus' heart is still within Sora but it won't return to Ven until it finally "wakes up". So Sora's job here is to find out how he can repair Ven's heart after Vanitas was destroyed so he can awaken at last. As for Terra, Xehanort is still fused with his heart and Xehanort said he had other ways to consume it. To save Terra, Sora must finally defeat Xehanort once for all without destroying Terra along with him.
3. Terra wasn't trapt in Castle Oblivion, he was saved by Aqua before falling into the Realm of Darkness. He locked his heart away and lost his memories from doing so, it wasn't until Terra created the Heartless and turned himself and everbody else into Nobodies. Terra and Xehanort are still out there somewhere, but with both their Heartless and Nobody destroyed I'm thinking their hearts are still in the actual Kingdom Hearts itself. Only Ven's body is still within Castle Oblivion, and from what I understand Xemnas and Xigbar both tried to find the room he was locked in but couldn't find it. The castle was meant to keep others from getting to Ven, not keeping people locked inside.
4. I'm sure they were already being experimented on before the others showed up.

The whole Ventus= Roxas makes perfect sense to me... at the very least Roxas is Ventus's nobody.
Yeah It's true the realm of darkness is vast, and I guess Mickey and Riku were only in it for not very long.. at least compared to Aqua.
No I'm convinced Ven has his heart back, at least part of it, because if you watch the secret ending his eyes open, and Terra is right by his side. It's clear they must have gotten something back. And I think that key is somewhere in between castle oblivion and the realm of darkness...
Terra may have gotten his body back, but It may be that Xehanort still resides within him. Maybe it's this darkness that keeps them there? And perhaps that certain room is locked up....
How Terra was able to get inside it is beyond me, but he was right there next to Ven, so that definitely says something to the effect of Ven waking up. After all, at the end of KH2 Roxas finally combines with Sora, so I believe that must have at least triggered Ven to wake up. He may need repairing, but he was still able to be awake with Terra by his side.
Hasn't Xemnas been destroyed? But I guess that was just the nobody, so that would result Xehanort's heart returning? Something like that... Terra's situation is very complicated.
And about the experiments... I don't think so. After all, those 4 joined the organization after the ones shown. It's clear they weren't part of the normal Radiant Garden group, but later offered themselves up to "Xehanort's" experiments.
It's just a shame we got to see the others, but not them. Just a small minor complaint...

I never said Roxas was Ven's Nobody, or least is just modeled after Ven because he and Sora share hearts.
I did see the ending and Ven wasn't in the same room where Aqua placed him. Also, if he did wake up then what does he need to be saved from? Ven woke up in the Land of Departure, which was coverted to the Castle of Oblivion. Unless Terra turned back I doubt that was really him waking up. If he did wake up that moment, then somehow Roxas separated from Sora and Axel is alive.
Terra's story is complexed, but I'm sure he hasn't gotten his body yet. If he did, Xehanort would take control again. His and Ven's appearence in the secret ending may just be symbolic.

It may have just been symbolic, but I personally think it was much more than that.
Ven and Terra may not actually need saving then, but need to reunite with Sora so that Aqua can be saved. And to pay their respect to the new Keyblade Master. If Roxas combined with Sora, then part of Ventus's heart could have been restored, and maybe he needs to see Sora to gather the rest?
But Ventus is not a nobody, and Axel is. So if that's the case and Ventus is okay, then by this logic Lea is okay.
As far as Terra is concerned, I think he was able to get his body back temporarily, but he still may need saving from the threat of Xehanort. There could be a time in which he temporarily became sane.
I still think the end of KH2 resolved Ven's awakening and at least temporarily relieved Terra.
But one thing's for sure. Aqua definitely needs to be saved from the realm of darkness.

| Yeah that's reasonable... but to be honest, I think Aqua sees Terra more as a relationship and Ventus more as a younger brother. That's what I got from here.
