War Police

This, my friends, is another concept for a story currently in the works! The main concept deals with the idea of a "war police" whose job is to prevent war crimes. So far I've decided to make the War Police supernatural in origin and will either pick the side who is just or fight both sides and end the war themselves.

Sounds a bit like Illuminati.

Cool concept.

The War Police aren't part of some secret society, if anything they destroy something like that.

Yeah, well, on the whole world-regulation thing that's still similar.

I have to agree with Tri. The similarity is there but the supernatural aspect is intriguing. Got anymore info on it yet Wave?

Well, I finally finished the backstory, and this is what I came up with.

The story starts off in the aftermath of WWII where the Ally forces are releasing the victims of the Holocaust camps. During the evacution of Auschwitz, a rogue Nazi military group attack the camp and begin killing both the Ally forces and the former prisoners of the camp. The allies fight back but between protecting the prisoners and themselves the force finds itself spread out to thin. The Nazis "herd" the camper prisoners back into the cabins and light them on fire using flamethrowers.

Nearly everyone is killed until something strange happens; the Nazis begin screaming in pain, covering their ears from a sound that seems only they can hear. Blood starts leaking out of their noses, eyes, and mouths; when their heads start turning red they explode in chucks of meat and blood. The allies and camp prisoners look in both shock and horror, many thought that maybe they were saved in divine intervention. It wasn't until an unknown being appears in the small lake of blood they finally see their savior. A strange women surrounded in a divine golden light looks towards the buring cabins and uses the light surrounding her to put out the flames.

The woman appeared to be over five feet tall, with long golden hair cascading down to the lower reaches of her back. Her eyes are as white as the gown she wore, her arms and hands decorated with many exotic jewelery nobody has seen before. The woman disappears as soon as the flames were put out, leaving many in a state of awe.

Another sighting had been reported in the city of Nagoya, where US troops were raping nearly every woman in sight. Before any more of them were harmed as many as ten of the divine woman from Auschwitz appear and kill the troops attempting to rape the women. The American soliders tried to fight back but the beings proved to be too much and before long nearly every American solider is wiped out.

Soon more sightings start coming in from around the world. Women and men who fit the description of the last two sightings are seen around the world in various locations where many inhuman war crimes were commited, wiping out anyone who has committed the horrible acts. For a while, the beings weren't sighted until during the Korean War.

Like before, the men and women wiped out any criminals of the war and any armed forces that dared to stand against them. The North Korean army was wiped out overnight, and South Korea moved in and unified into a single Korean Republic.

Many newspapers picked up the pattern of the beings appearence when war crimes were committed, and in one article the name "War Police" was used to describe them and the name stuck.

The War Police make numerous appearences over the years during conflicts in Vietnam, Tibet, Israel, Cuba, Morocco, Goa, and many others. They rarely ever picked a side during the conflicts and if they did it was the side who has commited the most war crimes. On even more rare cases the War Police would defeat both sides of the war, forcing both sides to call a ceasefire ths ending the war.

We now arrive in the present day; where the topic of the "War Police" is still a hot topic and a pop culture icon. The War on Terror lasts only a few days, because the Taliban and Al Quida have been destroyed by the War Police. China, while still a communist nation, has adopted more "peaceful" means to end internal conflicts due to the War Police's intervention during the Tiananmen Square protests. Many revolutions turn into "peaceful protests" due to the fear that if the opposing side took violent actions the War Police would protect the protesters.

The story is viewed through the eyes of an American marine named Oliver Creed. He was stationed in Los Angeles, on his way to Okinawa, when suddenly the War Police start attacking the Western coast of the United States. Panic spreads throughout the country and Oliver is one of the many troops tasked with stopping the War Police before the reach D.C..

Oliver and his platoon are easily defeated, but for some reason Oliver is spared by one War Police woman. Confused, Oliver decides to tail the War Police and during his journey he sides with many different marines and even citizens to prevent the War Police from advancing. But over time he soon discovers the real reason why the War Police are attacking the nation and does his best to uncover a conspiracy to the entire world.

I never did say it was a bad thing. It just scares me how fast a story comes to me.

none but a demand for this in a book or comic or somethign more i can read cuz im HOOKED MAN!!!
