Huge MEP Project Idea

I actually wasn't sure where to put this, but it's right here in AMV's.

If you don't like the location Heaven, then you can move it : p

ANYWAY! I've got this grand big ol' MEP Idea that'll take awhile, but I think it'll be awesome to do. It focuses on a total of 12 songs, ALL by Coheed and Cambria (that's right : p)
But don't worry, we're not going to be working on all of 'em at the same time. We'll start off with the first group, and once that's finished we'll move on to the second and then the third.

The basis of this MEP is using these 3 groups of songs that Coheed does, because they all have the same base title (the first group is "The Camper Velorium" Second group is "The Willing Well" Third group is "The End Complete" )
We will be working on the first group "The Camper Velorium" which is a total of 3 songs first. Whoever decides to do this with me will take a certain piece of EACH song and create their piece to that. This will happen for the other two groups as well.

If you wish to participate, post it here. I will accept participation requests up until February 26th, 2011. After that, we can determine what our times will be and get started. I will also have a deadline for each group of songs. For the first group, the deadline will be December 26th, 2011. If someone is not finished with their parts by then, I will do them myself (but it just wouldn't be as fun, now would it?)

Now, I'm not picky about what clips you use, but I do wish for us to use no CG animated video games/movies. I think it would just look nice if we all used actual drawn animation animes or video games. Maybe it's a bit picky, but meh.

If anyone needs the songs, I can send them to you. No problem. Please help me make this an awesome MEP. And thanks =^^=

Just curious, I know it's a question that's hard to answer (cause obviously I've had my share of CPU problems)
How long do you think it'll be until the CPU problems are gone?

Actually, I am changing the deadline to participate to February 21st. We'll start on February 22nd.
The reason for this is I'm REALLY busy with life shit until then... what with Naka-kon coming up, and school is biting me in the ass. Naka-kon's last day is the 20th, and then I have to work all day the 21st.... so yeah.

I know I know... I wanna get started on it too, but as of now there's only four of us. I wanna leave it open just in case others wish to join :3

Haha well, I'm only taking 2 classes, but one of them is Elementary Japanese 2... and there's a LOT of hw in that, not to mention I work about 30-35 hours a week, so both of those are kicking me in the ass. And then I'm bust preparing for Naka-kon, and that's my free time there =^^=;;;

But we'll get this started sooner than you realize. I promise : )

Okay everyone! The time to enter has passed. Now is the time to choose our parts.

We have 5 people for the first set of songs, so we will divide each song by 5 parts.

Actually, we'll just do the mix of two.
1st: Faint of Hearts: Total time: 5:24. We'll each have 1 minute and 5 seconds, someone will have 1 minute and 4 seconds.
You can choose a big chunk of the song, or multiple smaller segments, just as long as they all add up to 1 minute and 5 seconds.

My time frame for this song: 3:00-4:14

2nd: Backend of Forever: Total time: 5:25. We'll each have 1 minute and 5 seconds. Once again, choose a big chunk, or multiple small segments just as long as they all add up to 1 minute and 5 seconds.

My time frame for this song: 0:26-1:06, 2:34-2:59

3rd: Al The Killer: Total time: 4:18. We'll each have about 51~52 seconds for this one.

My time frame for this song: 3:25-4:18
