Based off of a dream....

Yeah well i guess eventually i was going t put something down here XDD

Well, this morning i woke up from a very vivid and clear dream that stayed with me all day. I got on msn and told it to king and he loved it, so he told me i should try and maybe do something with it? so i guess before i do any unnecessary thinking on this. Ill come here to you guys who are all good with this and you can tell me if you think it has any merit/potential as a story.

Ill type it all up later but right now im just going to give the basics of it.

The dream itself is set in a Zombie apocalypse, so you can already assume its a survival/horror genre type deal. But thats not all there is too it, it also has a fantasy twist to it as well as being abit of a mystery. So right from this...do you think like youd want to hear the details?

hmm..ok then...ill go and post it ll down then i guess.

((part 1 and its the basics of hat i remember from the dream, so keep in mind this is just checking to see if this has merit..and also this is also a slightly edited version of what i typed up to king copied here from a saved text file to save time there is a VERY large amount of detail to be input into this but im coming here before really doing it))

so pretty much the dream starts and im alone wandering around the outskirts of a city i think it was New York? not sure but, anyway im solid snaking my way around where im sure the zombie will be...but i come face to face with a few..(bad call on the path i took) i have a bat with me..and the fucking guido i am...i go mobster on them and home run swing everything in sight. After that im wandering around and since the begining of the dream im not feeling too hot. kinda fluish? so after some more wandering i come across this mini mall type building...but i find that the front of the store is combing with zombies and its all been baracaded off around the middle...for survivers im guessing at this point.

I see an opening at the side of the store and i make my way in trying to get to the (hopefull) survivers. I get in but i see that a few isles are crawling with more zombies..so i quickly climb up onto an isle and make my way across a part where the floor had falen in...and at the bottom were the corpses of some people/zombies whod been there when it fell in..gruesome ass sight O_o
so...after some trecking around the store i finally come to find a large colony of survivers living in this minimall...but im met with people grabbing me and dragging me away...for decontamination i guess?
after i go through this and im givin new clothes (mine were covered in dirt and blood/brains) the leader i guess comes to talk to me...where he tells me i need to be checked for the virus
im like.."Do i LOOK infected to you? am i a drooling and trying to eat you? no...i want a damn slice of pizza and a coke...so leave me be!"
but then he takes my blood and gives it to a scientist...who checks it out and aparently they say im infected...at this point im like O___O wtf your shits BROKEN!
BUT
this is where it gets intense..
suddenly an alarm goes off and someone screams "THEYR INSIDE!!!"
and then BAM! a shelf explodes and a variation of an infected comes darting at the area me the leader and the few scentists are...i start freaking out cuz i mean...imagine a dude thats ripped...but then his LEFT side was FUCKING HUGE!!! i mean 5 times a normal mans size...
comes barreling at me...and in my panic as it charges at me i react automaticly by reaching out and i grab this things big arm as it lunges at me and THROW it at the wall behind me...
at this point im in what i think atm is an adrenilane rush...and i take my right arm (same arm i threw it with) and i bring my arm up and bring my fist down hard on its tiny head as it tries to get up...it goes down again...
then its eyes roll to me and growls then i again slam my fist down on it and its head explodes.
i look at my arm as i calm down and i notice it has grown gigantic.

((ok and part 2 same rules as part one..details not really added or anything just what i have from my dream))

the leader looks at me afraid for a moment while someone points an m-16 at me..but he lowers the gun and says.."no...hes an altered".
i start breathing slower and my arm shrinks...
calming down (kinda) and i start freaking out and screaming WTF is an altered..wtf is going on!
then he explains that there is a .5 percent of the human population that has mutated the virus and the body molds it to fit its own needs.

so basicly after this we find out that that thing smashed the barricade in the front...so...now that ive had a second and calmed down...i think about it and i decide that i can use this information to my advantage.
i then charge out of the area and to the front where the leader follows me too and immediately barks orders that i am not to be fired on that im a friend..everyone is confused by this but then..i walk up to the fore front in front of a small blockade, where they have managed to hold off the swarm of zombies that have infiltrated.

I think for a moment about what i need to do and i pump myself up and focus on what happened before, on my right arm and start swinging around and am CRUSHING these things..simple and easy.
three at a time just turn to guts and goo in front of my rage. meanwhile im laughing like a lunatic...
cuz id been barely making my way through these things before now but now these big bad undead were nothing to my "altered" form.
so after afew minutes i stop and my arm is covered in blood and i stand still and turn around with a truimphant grin and give the leader the thumbs up for the all clear..when out of nowhere one more comes up behind me and bites my small arm...so...i reach around and grab it by the head and drag it away as it takes a large chunk out of my arm and easily crush its head in my hand..with a sickening POP
then as i look at my arm that it bit...its already HEALING!
the flesh is bubblling and remolding into its original look.

after this the leader and i go to the back and are talking as an older scientist comes up to me and says bluntly that he thinks i need to leave..that ill atract more like the last big one...that altereds call the infected like a siren.
but he tells me something important..
that with the blood he took he told me that my altered blood shows signs of drastic changes...above anything else hed seen...because he was one of the scientists who created it...
the virus was something meant to just be nothing important...but it mutated
and that my body would react to my desires...all acording to the prerequisites of my altered body
i was like.."you mean my arm"?
then he told me what blew my mind...
that it was only a PART of my altered...
that i had a full out FORM.

im like O_o wtf!!! how the fuck!!
but then he tells me to try and focus on fixing my clothes...then it gets creepy...my skin bubbles and creates the rest of my sleeve...fabrics can be altered by my genetics at my whim...
so...i look to the leader and i just tell him i should go...i dont want to cause more trouble..and with an egotistacal smirk im like...but ill guard the area around here for you. A gargoyle that watches over you.
so i leave the place abit later..
but as i leave its dark out and i know theres things out there...
but i just smirk and think about a new set of clothes...
and it makies me a solid black suit with a red silk shirt and black tie dress shoes and a black fidora
and i just casually head out into the darker world.

Yeah, dreams tend to make up some of the craziest shit. It's just your brain going, hey, I'm gonna tell you something about yourself using an ass-load of symbolism just 'cause I'm bored.

Yes...very! i mean..i can still picture the parts of real intensity in my mind CLEARLY...how rare IS that? XDD

Well, unless one actually tries to remember his or her own dream, within the first five minutes of awaking, half of the dream is gone, and by the end of the day, up to ninety percent is gone. That is, if one doesn't try to remember. If one tries, a lot will actually still be remembered. Except for, of course, the beginning, which is automatically forgotten.

And then I suppose reconstructive memory takes place still when trying to remember the dream the whole day. What we 'remember' still may be different from what actually was.
