It really isn't, but I'll be honest, it's kind of amusing how after so long, they finally decide that there's a "13th zodiac sign." So pretty much saying, everything you've known about your astrological sign is wrong.

I'm originally a Pisces, but according to this, I'm supposed to be an Aquarius. Eff that shit.

But seriously, it actually only really matters to the "Hindu" zodiac signs, not the charts us westerners follow.

But still. To give us this information after so long of thinking that the astrological signs are set in stone....

And now the kids' planetarium mobiles that hang on the ceiling doesn't even include Pluto anymore.

Well, I actually never understood the true reason behind that one for a while.

Apparently they ousted Pluto from our planet-rank since to classify as a planet to our solar system it must lie on the same plane as the orbits of the rest of the planets. Pluto's orbit is slightly over and under the threshold depending on when one observes it. Therefore, it is not a planet.

Plenty of things orbit our sun. We'd be adding dozens of 'planets' if the criteria didn't include the stipulation for same-plane orbit.

@Yuki: That's all 2012 really means. The solar system will "align" with the galaxy's center. Ophiuchus just happens to be the constellation where this can be seen. Like I said: me and King seem to have a big suprise for Earth.

It could mean three things:

1. It means me and King will turn into monsters and destroy mankind.
2. The alignment will give me and King superhuman powers and transform the Earth into a paradise.
3. Nothing happens.
