So'kay, I managed to work up the resolve to watch two episodes of My Little Pony, and to be honest it wasn't bad. The animations were dynamics and smooth; the characters each bring something to the table but not become stereotypes; and except for the second episode I watched the stories send a great message that little girls should know.
Will I watch MLP again? No, it isn't my thing. Will I allow my niece to watch it? Yes, most certainly. Will I watch with her if she asks? Sure, I'll manage.

I'm not watching it again unless my niece asks me to watch it with her. I'm just saying, it's girly but not so much it makes it unwatchable.
